Upcoming Holiday Hours

This Monday, July 4th, is Independence Day. TFS Customer Support will be closed in observance of the holiday. We will also have limited hours the Friday prior to the weekend.

Customer Support Holiday Hours:

  • Friday, July 1st – TFS Customer Support will have limited hours and will close at 4 PM Eastern.
  • Monday, July 4th – TFS Customer Support will be closed in observance of the holiday. We will resume standard business hours of 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern on Tuesday, July 5th.

Scheduled Payments:

  • Payments scheduled for Monday, July 4th will start on the following business day: Tuesday, July 5th. Because Monday is a bank holiday, no payments can start on that day.

You can still make changes to your schedule by logging into your TFS account at www.tfsbillpay.com before your next payment is scheduled to start. You can also check out our support center at support.tfsbillpay.com for answers to most commonly asked questions.

Update for Users in R. Clinton Stackhouse’s District:

Effective June 30, 2022, R. Clinton Stackhouse is retiring and Kelly M. Barnhart has been appointed Chapter 13 Trustee for Eastern District of Virginia. 

For TFS users in this District, there is nothing for you to do regarding your TFS account for this change. All necessary updates to TFS accounts will be made automatically and all payments will be processed as scheduled.

Update for Users in Michael Joseph’s District:

Effective March 31, 2022, Chapter 13 Trustee Michael Joseph is retiring and William Jaworski has been appointed to serve as the new Chapter 13 Trustee in this district.

For TFS users in this District, there is nothing for you to do regarding your TFS account for this change. All necessary updates to TFS accounts will be made automatically and all payments will be processed as scheduled.
