In order to process a request to change your email address when you don’t have access to the original email, you will need to make a written request to TFS Bill Pay Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org . In your request, you will need to include:
- Current email address associated with TFS
- New email address
- Case Number
- Payment Amount
- Last 4 digits of the bank account associated with TFS.
- Last 4 digits of the social security number on file.
For security purposes, we require all this information to be correct before we can update you email address. Once received, a representative will verify your request and implement the change.
