For Attorneys

Make sure you are logging into the Attorney Portal, not the general website. Find the Attorney Portal by clicking “For Attorneys” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Holiday Hours

Independence Day is right around the corner, so we want to make sure you know about our holiday hours. TFS Bill Pay Customer Support will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day.

Customer Support

Wednesday, July 3, 2019 – TFS Customer Support may be limited by phone, especially in the afternoon hours, and will be close at 4 PM Eastern.
Thursday, July 4, 2019 – TFS Customer Support will be closed in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen Friday, July 5th.
Friday, July 5, 2019 – TFS Customer Support may be limited by phone, especially in the afternoon hours, and will be close at 4 PM Eastern.

Scheduled Payments:

Payments scheduled for Thursday, July 4th will start on the following day: Friday, July 5th. Remember, because Independence Day is a bank holiday no payments can start on that day.

As of December 31st, 2018, Chapter 13 Trustee Michael Clark is retiring. The Court will be assigning a new trustee to administer Mr. Clark’s cases — Marsha L. Combs-Skinner. As of January 1st, payments through TFS to Michael Clark will no longer be able to be processed.

Effective Nov 1st , Trustee Kelly Remick will be discontinuing her previous online payment option and offering TFS as a payment option. If Kelly Remick is your trustee and you wish to continue making online payments, please be sure to sign up with TFS.

If you filed your Chapter 13 case in Seattle, WA, with trustee Michael Fitzgerald, you may know that your trustee has changed. The new trustee, Jason Wilson-Agular, will be automatically updated to your TFS account, and you will not need to make any changes to your payments.

If you filed your Chapter 13 case in Canton, OH, with trustee Toby Rosen, you may know that your trustee has changed. The new trustee, Dynele L. Schinker-Kuharich, will be automatically updated to your TFS account, and you will not need to make any changes to your payments.
