How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password, please visit https://www.tfsbillpay.com/forgot_password . Then, simply follow the instructions to reset your password.
Remember, passwords on the TFS system need to meet three requirements. In particular, passwords:
  • Need to be at least 8 characters long
  • Need to contain both upper and lower case letters
  • Need to contain a least one number

Holiday Hours
TFS Bill Pay Customer Support will be closed on Monday, Feb 18th in observance of President’s Day. We will reopen Tuesday, Feb 19th. Please note, transactions scheduled for the 16th, 17th, or 18th will begin processing on the 19th, the first business day after the bank holiday. Thank you.

As of December 31st, 2018, Chapter 13 Trustee Michael Clark is retiring. The Court will be assigning a new trustee to administer Mr. Clark’s cases — Marsha L. Combs-Skinner. As of January 1st, payments through TFS to Michael Clark will no longer be able to be processed.

Effective Nov 1st , Trustee Kelly Remick will be discontinuing her previous online payment option and offering TFS as a payment option. If Kelly Remick is your trustee and you wish to continue making online payments, please be sure to sign up with TFS.

If you filed your Chapter 13 case in Seattle, WA, with trustee Michael Fitzgerald, you may know that your trustee has changed. The new trustee, Jason Wilson-Agular, will be automatically updated to your TFS account, and you will not need to make any changes to your payments.

If you filed your Chapter 13 case in Canton, OH, with trustee Toby Rosen, you may know that your trustee has changed. The new trustee, Dynele L. Schinker-Kuharich, will be automatically updated to your TFS account, and you will not need to make any changes to your payments.
