I no longer have access to the email address on file with TFS. How do I change to my new email address?

/Login /Updating /I no longer have access to the email address on file with TFS. How do I change to my new email address?
In order to process a request to change your email address when you don’t have access to the original email, you will need to make a written request to TFS Bill Pay Customer Support at support@tfsbillpay.com . In your request, you will need to include:
  • Current email address associated with TFS
  • New email address
  • Case Number
  • Payment Amount
  • Last 4 digits of the bank account associated with TFS.
  • Last 4 digits of the social security number on file.
For security purposes, we require all this information to be correct before we can update you email address. Once received, a representative will verify your request and implement the change.
