Chase recently updated its rules regarding ACH transactions from the bank’s pre-paid debit cards, including the Chase Liquid Card.
According to the updated Chase Liquid Card Agreement, “you may provide your account number to receive ACH direct deposits. However, you agree not to provide your account number to third parties to withdraw funds and, if you do, [Chase] will not process them.
If you received an e-mail regarding a failed TFS transaction and you have a Chase Liquid Card account on file, this may be the cause. Please contact us at 888-729-2413 to update your account information.
