/Bank Account /Can I use the bank I use to refill my pre-paid card?

Bank accounts used to refill a pre-paid debit or credit card are generally “For-Deposit Only” accounts, and cannot be used with TFS.TFS only processes transactions using your bank account number and routing number that are classified as transaction accounts. Non-transaction accounts, such as the accounts at American Express Centurion used to refill a debit, credit, or prepaid card, cannot be used.

Presidents’ Day

Presidents’ Day is right around the corner, so we want to make sure you know about our holiday hours.

Customer Support

  • Monday, February 15th, 2021 – TFS Customer Support will be closed in observance of Presidents’ Day We will reopen Tuesday, Feb 16th.

Scheduled Payments:

  • Payments scheduled for Monday, February 15th, will start on the following business day: Tuesday, Feb 16th. Remember, because Presidents’ Day is a bank holiday, no payments can start on that day.
