First, check to make sure this client is not still in your pending accounts tab. Confirm that your client’s account has the correct case number and Trustee name. If the account still does not move to your managed accounts tab, please call us and we will fix it for you.

I keep trying to log in and I can’t.
Make sure you are logging into the Attorney Portal, not the general website. Find the Attorney Portal by clicking “For Attorneys” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
I don’t want to receive daily emails. How can I them turn off?
There is no way to turn off daily emails because they are automatically generated. If you prefer, we can change the email you use for TFS to one that is a better fit.
There are many attorneys in our firm, do we need to create separate accounts?
No, you only need one account per firm. The best way to manage this is to use a shared email for your TFS login. This way, the email address can be used by anyone in the firm who needs access to it. The password will also be shared.
I forgot my password.
Resetting your password is easy. First sign into your account (make sure you’re in the Attorney Portal). Then enter your email address and click “forgot your password?”. We’ll send you an email to reset your password.
