I don’t want to receive daily emails. How can I them turn off?

There is no way to turn off daily emails because they are automatically generated. If you prefer, we can change the email you use for TFS to one that is a better fit.

Service Alert: TFS Bill Pay will be undergoing maintenance on Saturday, September 5th from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern. At this time, the website may be inaccessible.

Labor Day is right around the corner, so we want to make sure you know about our holiday hours. TFS Bill Pay Customer Support will be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.

Customer Support

Friday, September 4th, 2020 – TFS Customer Support will have shortened office hours, and will close at 4:00 PM Eastern.
Monday, September 7th, 2020 – TFS Customer Support will be closed in observance of Labor Day. We will reopen Tuesday, September 8th.

Scheduled Payments:

Payments scheduled for Monday, September 7th 2020 will start on the following day: Tuesday, September 8th. Remember, because Labor Day is a bank holiday, no payments can start on that day.
