If your payment has not yet posted to your bank account, please contact TFS support at (888) 729-2413 or support@tfsbillpay.com . Please include your case number and any identifying information for the payment when contacting TFS.
If there are not enough funds in your bank account when a TFS payment posts, your bank may report to TFS that the payment failed due to insufficient funds. If this happens, you will receive an email from TFS with instructions on how to reprocess the payment as soon as your bank reports the issue. Please do not reschedule a payment right away before you get the official email from TFS, as this can lead to multiple payments and additional charges.
