When I enter my payment amount, it says “not a number.”
When entering in your payment amount, just enter in the number. Don’t enter any spaces, dollar signs, commas or any other characters into that field.
How do I change the amount of my payment?
To change the amount of your payment, simply follow the instructions below. Log into your TFS account at https://www.tfsbillpay.com/login Click on the “Edit Payment Schedule & Amount” link in the blue “Trustee Pay Summary” Box Update the payment amount in the Payments section below the schedule Press the blue “Save Information” button.
What happens if a payment fails due to insufficient funds?
If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, you will receive an email from TFS notifying you that your account has been suspended. To reactivate your account in order to make future payments, you may either login on TFS directly, or call (888) 729-2413 and choose option 7 to speak to customer support.
