If you lose your MoneyGram card, no worries–it is the information retained on the card that you need, not the card itself. Thus, all you need to do is ask us to generate a new card. To request a duplicate card, please call our Customer Success line at (888) 729-2413. You may also contact your attorney to generate you a duplicate card.
