Remember, payments take 5 business days to clear the TFS system and arrive at your trusteeship. You can see the date your payment arrived at your trustee by clicking the “View All Transactions” button in the blue “Recent Transaction” bar on your dashboard.
While your trustee’s office will post your payment shortly after it arrives at their office, payment data will not be immediately reflected on the NDC website. Depending on various factors, it can take 1 to 2 business days for the NDC website to show a payment reflected. Don’t worry, the date received will be the date posted by your trustee, even if it doesn’t show right away.
