Some court documents may not list the attorney or office name exactly the same way every time. For example, there may be variance in the way the court records an attorney’s name. For this reason, some clients may not be matched to your attorney portal at first. If you are missing clients in your unmanaged accounts tab, please email us the case number and your client’s name. We will have the client assigned to your portal.
